As the Vice President, Business Management, Ultra-Luxury Brands in Chase Auto, you will be a trusted advisor to the General Manager (GM) and vital partner to the broader leadership team, promoting operational efficiency and executing strategic initiatives across three luxury automotive brands. You will manage high-profile events, maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, and support executive decision-making and cross-functional project leadership.
Job responsibilities- Serve as the GM's support for managing communications, priorities, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to support and execute key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards
- Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives
- Build relationships with high-net-worth clients, industry influencers, and business leaders through personalized outreach and strategic event participation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication across teams
- Represent the business at key events, acting as a brand ambassador for the ultra-luxury automotive portfolio
- Partner with JPMorgan Wealth Management, Private Bank, Marketing, Strategic Business Management, Sales, and external partners to maximize firmwide value, client satisfaction and brand impact
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills- 5+ years of experience in business management, project management, or leadership roles
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work products under time critical deadlines while handling multiple initiatives required
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate across business units
- Strong communication skills with a track record of preparing executive-level presentations
- Experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in event management and execution, with experience delivering high-profile, client-facing experiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in ultra-luxury automotive or luxury retail sectors
