As a Financial Analysis Vice President in the Card Services CFO team, you will serve as the PxT Finance lead owning the overall expense base, primarily focused on total allocated expenses and their drivers. As we progress on the CCB agility and Product, Technology, Data, Design (PxT) transformation journeys, we are enabling optimization of agile products and priorities across the organization through value-added insights for our stakeholders. The PxT CFO organization will partner across business and PxT to deliver best-in-class support for three key tenants: PxT Finance, Expense Management and Investment Governance & Business Management.
Job Responsibilities: - Serve as a PxT Finance lead owning the overall expense base, primarily focused on total allocated expenses and their drivers
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for PxT Finance in key toolset such as ThoughtSpot, Essbase and others to help drive adoption and buildout repeatable value added reporting and analyses
- Be a trusted partner for Business leadership and Planning & Analysis including strategy articulation and data visualization as well as helping drive productivity, transparency and efficiency agendas
- Be responsible for the integrated planning, budgeting, governance, and other leadership forums to review performance and drive decisions
- Establish and drive best practices for planning, forecasting, and analysis supporting infrastructure, Fin Ops, and public cloud
- Participate as a member of the Card Services PxT F& BM leadership team
- Attract and develop t-shaped finance and business management talent
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or related discipline);
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting
- Demonstrated senior leadership in terms of attitude, initiative, and inclusivity
- Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills
- Must be able to design business reporting and insights that are clear, concise and actionable
- Knowledge of agile product principles, software development, and budget and forecasting
- Influencing skills and ability to concisely articulate key insights and recommendations
- Experience in interacting and communicating recommendations to senior business leaders
- Superior organizational and process skills with a high attention to detail
- Proactive - continually drives to understand unique needs of each business and/or program and challenges status quo
- Strong technical ability with Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PitchPro)
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - MBA Preferred
- Experience with Business applications such as Essbase strongly preferred, while familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, SAP is desired
- Exposure to Credit Card industry / Digital preferred
