Join our team as the Vice President of Business Transformation, where you'll lead and execute a strategic vision that drives operational excellence and transformative change across the credit card product lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to become a change agent within our organization, influencing stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. With your proven track record in process transformation and program management, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our performance, efficiency, and competitiveness.

As a Product Delivery Manager in the Card Product Launch product team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving change within the Card organization to improve its performance, efficiency, and competitiveness.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee process transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive change and ensure successful program execution.
  • Serve as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing insights and updates on program progress and outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with process transformation and program management.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and industry standards in process and program management


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Certifications in business process management, project management, and process improvement
