As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate, within the Card Data and Analytics team, you will be part of the Strategy and Execution and Chief of Staff team supporting the Head of Card Data and Analytics and have the opportunity to work on and lead high-priority cross-team projects, interact with senior leaders, and influence team dynamics.
Job Responsibilities: - As a member of the Card Data and Analytics Strategy and Execution team, work collaboratively to develop and drive execution of strategic priorities for Card Data and Analytics, serving as an objective thought partner to leadership across the team.
- Partner with teams across functional areas such as data science, finance, product, and marketing to support and drive strategic priority areas.
- Create impactful presentations to influence diverse stakeholders and drive action.
- Report on the progress of strategic programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve cross-team collaboration and drive impact.
- Assist in creating senior executive level communications.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, FinTech, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance or 2+ years of relevant work experience in the above and an MBA or Master's program in analytical field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, other Data Science fields).
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with high academic credentials.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (storytelling).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems and intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - MBB Consulting experience.
- Graduate degree in Business (MBA), Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, including influencing senior stakeholders and working with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with data, analytics, ML/AI techniques.
