As a Product Manager within the Technology, Data & Product Segment's Learning Organization, you will be instrumental in innovating and overseeing new product offerings throughout their entire life cycle. Your role will involve acting as the customer's representative that provides substantial value to our internal clients. Utilizing your comprehensive understanding of product launch strategies, you will steer the successful introduction of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure exceptional client experiences. With a commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. This prominent role provides the chance to impact all 300k+ employees at JPMorganChase and to be at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a leading AI company.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Own product learning solution products, such as dedicated microsites, comprehensive e-learning modules, and interactive instructor-led courses, that facilitate the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools, mitigate AI risks, and enhance employees' AI skills
  • Partner with AI Leaders as a learning liaison to understand AI learning needs, translate and prioritize those needs for the Learning Development team to create the learning solutions, assisting with content, design, and strategy
  • Utilize data and visual design skills to analyze the effectiveness of learning solutions, develop recommendations, and influence leaders with strategic communication


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • AI: Power user of GenAI tools, with knowledge of AI trends and ability to keep up to date; no need to develop or fine-tune models
  • Learning: Understanding of learning theories for adults and effective learning solutions
  • Influence: Strong consulting, negotiation and influence skills, with proven accomplishment in building relationships with internal stakeholders and leaders
  • Analytical: Strong analytical abilities to analyze data to form and communicate recommendations
