Everything we do is built on a commitment to do the right thing for our customers, our people, and our community. Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.

We create solutions to solve problems that impact our veterans! We foster an environment rooted in responsibility and accountability, focused on continued education, and creating a team-first approach with our partnerships.

What the daily life of a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer looks like…

Every role on the team will be responsible and accountable for multiple tasks and functions and these are the nuts & bolts with the boring details. We openly share these across roles so we can understand the balance needed to get the work done. Some of those are:

· Develop reusable components to improve team productivity.

· Collaborate with the QA team to address defects.

· Participate in sprint planning to break down user stories into tasks.

· Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

· Develop integration solutions with third-party systems.

· Collaborate with the Platform Architect on system design decisions.

· Implement simple & complex features using Low Code No Code (LCNC) tools.

· Collaborate with the UI/UX Specialist to implement front-end designs.

· Ensure accessibility standards are met for all interfaces – 508 Compliance.

· Assist in integrating third-party APIs or configured connections to other applications.

· Report defects in Jira and track them through resolution.

· Assist or own maintaining and updating existing documentation based on feature changes.

· Configure objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other system components to meet business requirements.

· Collaborate with other Administrators, Architects and Developers to implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements.

· Support data cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

· Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including user provisioning, profile management, and permission set assignments.

· Assist or own documenting Document configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.

· Moderate understanding: occasionally customizes workflows and supports integration with code.

· Intermediate knowledge of customizations using JavaScript or Power Automate.

· Implements integrations using SDK or APIs for specific needs.

· Ability to write and test Dynamics 365 code (e.g., plugins, workflows) using # or JavaScript.

· Contribute to design discussions and ensure that customizations meet business needs.

· Solve technical problems, debugging custom code or system configurations.

What is in it for you….

We strive to constantly build on the success we have had by identifying “what else” we can do to help raise the bar. The environment can be challenging and rewarding as you are able to both learn new things while sharing your experiences.

Our goal is to have everyone on the team constantly upping their skillset through continued education we push throughout the program, focusing on Platform, Function, and Professional growth for everyone. We dedicate 1 hour a week to training in either a self-paced or instructor-led training allowing everyone to continuously level up their skillsets.

Ever want to learn a new platform or skill but told it wasn’t available or not necessary for your role? That is not how we operate. Learn Pega, Appian, Salesforce, Dynamics, Power Platform. Improve your writing, organizational, presentation, or data analytics skills. Become a SME in different areas of your specific function by learning those skills and applying them to your day to day.

Investing in yourself will lead to a prosperous career journey and we will want to partner with you in that. It’s important you are allowed to hone your craft while given the ability to learn other skills as well, making you a more well balanced professional.

What we want you to bring to the role…

· Experience configuring and creating solutions in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, & Power Platform

· Experience with D365 Modules such as Customer Insights, Business Central, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain Modules as well as Power Platform Apps, Pages, etc.

· Experience configuring managed connections with other Microsoft products like Teams, SharePoint, O365, and Power BI

· Possible Experience with FetchXML, Advanced Find, and other tools used with configuration.

· Experience working in an Agile Team Framework

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

· Experience working in Jira, partnering with QA, and release MGMT.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with keen mindfulness of keeping the goal in mind. If given a problem, recognize how we could possibly resolve it in the CRM platform.

· 2-4 years developing in Dynamics 365 and/or PowerPlatform, including coding experience.

What kind of Education and Certifications do you need…

Don’t you love the job descriptions that talk to needing 35 years’ experience but fresh out of school? 😊 This is what we are looking for:

· Would love to see if you completed college and what you majored in – not required but always love to know!

· In this role, we really need to have some or all these certifications as it helps us know you have been tested & have proven knowledge in these areas, but not required:

o Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate

o Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer

o Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Developer Associate

o Power Automate RPA Developer Associate

o Power Platform Developer Associate

What kind of environment will you work in…

Our teams work in an Agile Scrum Framework where we can deploy updates multiple times a week when necessary. We are always listening to our customers’ needs and ask the question “have you ever considered” with solutioning.

Where can this role grow towards…

Each of the roles with Technatomy with our programs is focused on delivery of amazing solutions. This is no different with the focus on LCNC.

We focus on coaching as a fundamental while pairing it with a constant improvement model. Your experience in this role is important because we want to always consider new ways to help with our overall improvement and growth within the program. Learning from other people’s experience helps the entire team evolve and improve.

FAQ’s that you may have…

· What if I do not have all the experiences listed? No one ever does and we are not looking for the person that has all of this, we are looking for the person who has most but who can also grow into those parts they may not have already & strengthen what you have.

· What if I live outside the US? Sorry, need to be based in the lower forty-eight states for this position.

· Do I have to have any type of Clearance for this type of work? Yes – you need to be able to obtain a Public Trust level clearance. Give a quick google for that if you are not sure you can obtain to make sure.

· Is there any travel? No – not really. We do have a little for some roles or special situations, but I would not count on it.

· What are the hours? We work Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm EST. If you live in other time zones, will need to adjust to that for this role as we have to work the same hours as our customer.

· Do you offer Certification assistance? Yep – but there are some rules that apply, and we can get into that if we get to a place, we can say yes to each other.

· Do I get to be micromanaged and told what to do? Nope – we want to ensure we have a collaborative and creative environment where the phrase “have we thought about it like this” is said often.

· Do I get to hear the phrase “It’s not my job” often? Nope – we are a roll our sleeves up team where we identify priorities and jump in. Let’s be honest, no team will ever have all the exact right parts at the right time, and we need to be able to bend. This means we sometimes must step outside of our role’s primary focuses to help ensure we deliver.

· Can I get more training? Absolutely and so happy you asked! You have heard from others that they offer training, but it is sparse and never a part of the time built into your day to day. We ask everyone on the team to spend 1 hour a week with training and can be in multiple forms – self paced, instructor led, or even working in sandbox environments. If you can’t invest in yourself, how will you ever grow with us?

As part of the application process, you are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments. We reserve the right to take your picture to verify your identity and prevent fraud. This position requires U.S. citizenship or Greencard.
