Description:

POSITION: Business Development Manager
LOCATION: Cundinamarca
Manage the growth and development of sales for the various IWS products, ensuring that sales objectives are met and service standards are maintained in accordance with the company’s goals and objectives.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for storage, value-added, and local distribution products.
  • Develop various industry sectors in the local market: Consumer Goods, Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Labeling, Fiscal, etc.
  • Lead the process of designing, costing, and preparing quotes for current and new clients.
  • Develop new clients and seek new business opportunities for IWS.
  • Direct the process of onboarding new clients: identifying sites/sectors that require new clients, searching for clients, contacting them, and sending customized offers.
  • Ensure high-quality service to clients.
  • Maintain and develop the current client portfolio.
  • Ensure the completion of client surveys and establish action plans based on the results.
  • Work closely with operations and engineering departments to ensure that all operational parameters such as resources, productivity, sizing, etc., are correctly considered in new offers.
  • Manage (when applicable) direct communication with the client regarding products, updates, complaints, and other requirements.
