What You Will Do? The Quality Assurance Analyst will be Responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections, risk management, projects evaluation, and using results to improve production processes and standards.
Performs complex analyses to assure that products and processes complies with established specifications and procedures defined. Recommends and implements revisions, corrections and changes to test equipment, procedures and methods, also approval of these documents. Troubleshoots defective products or processes issues detected in plant and for products returned by customers (complaints) to determine root causes of failure. Compiles data to identify trends and proposes corrective action. Initiates and coordinates discussions with manufacturing, engineering and other relevant departments to develop corrective actions in order to prevent reoccurring problems. Reports inspection findings to department and upper management in a timely fashion. Monitors production deviations for trending purposes. Reviews, for approval or rejection, documents, procedures or specifications impacting on the identity, purity and quality of final products. Quality team member for projects structure at Cali Site, taking into account base business projects, NPIs (with focus on project documentation and deliverables execution), guaranteeing the user requirements implementations in a properly and timely manner. Responsible for Global Change Control approval from Quality perspective. Responsible for calculate and report quality metrics and Quality assurance KPIs in order to performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
: - Documentation (Specifications, HV, inspection plans, SOP - Procedures, FM - Forms / WI - Work Instructions / JOB)
- Consumer & affiliates Complaints Investigations - PQMS
- INV/CAPA/ Risk assessment
- Global Change Control approval / Deliverables execution
- Validation / Projects support (URS including MRAS, GCC, NPIs, APRs)
- QA on the Shop Floor (Gembas, process confirmation, Audits, Inspection readiness)
- Quality Assurance KPIs (calculation and reporting)
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Science / Engineering
• Minimum 5 years related experience with QA preferred, in either pharmaceutical, medical device, otc drug, cosmetic and / or hygienic products
• Knowledge and execution of GMP Requirements
• Have a leadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude to the team.
• Open-minded and creativity to understand current processes, and challenge status quo.
• English level- intermediate (reading & writing).
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Technical skills: MS Office, SAP
• Office skills: Standard office Teams, Email, Outlook
• Professional skills: Leadership experience: ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively - verbal and written, reflect empowerment in order to make things happen. Demonstrated ability to work on daily issues and be able to interact with other departments and stakeholders.
