What You Will Do The People Portfolio Management Leader supports People-function wide projects designed to unleash organizational impact. In addition to project management, the Leader will play a critical role in partnering to support launch planning and change management for projects driven by the People Function. The Leader will also support overall People Function strategic initiatives, including integrated project roadmaps, working closely on our Function's OKRs. This role will work in a fast paced, output oriented, global environment requiring strong operational discipline and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with People Function Leadership and People Function project teams to align priorities with key performance indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKR's), and metrics to maintain an integrated portfolio reporting process
• Serve as central point of contact across the People Function portfolio of projects; working with stakeholders to keep a transparent and accurate view of the portfolio, using this insight and holistic perspective to update on progress, support internal reporting, steer prioritization and ensure consistent execution
• Work with Head of People Strategy to align roadmaps with delivering long-term strategy ambition and linking our plans to broader business strategy, deliverables and timelines
• Contribute to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage business needs
• Support launch planning and change management efforts for strategic projects, including support the change management strategy for activation of prioritized Kenvue-wide initiatives
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Social Science, or related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project and portfolio management, developing and executing successful HR/business strategies and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Experience or Certification in Agile, Scrum or Project Management.
- Experience with OKRs
- Strong experience in Change Management
- Expertise in Content and Design
- Ability to operate at a strategic level with senior leaders translating vision into reality and a tactical level on a day-to-day basis driving operational excellence
- Credibility as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Desired Qualifications - Experience in vendor management

- Experience operating in a global environment
