Job Description:
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide elevated concierge style customer
Set-up meeting rooms as specified
Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
Deliver concierge-style hospitality and front-desk services in a high-touch corporate office
Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and ensure positive guest experiences
Set up, break down, and inspect meeting rooms; verify A/V, seating, and room supplies
Conduct floor walkthroughs to confirm conference rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked
Coordinate food/beverage orders, event setup/breakdown, and room bookings
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take accurate messages and coordinate follow-up
Perform administrative tasks including credit card reconciliation, supply inventory management, and ordering
Maintain reception desk, lobby appearance, and organized administrative records
Resolve guest and operational issues promptly and collaborate with client staff to support front office operations
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
Good verbal and written communication skills
Atten
tion to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
The Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 24.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
