Title: Team Manager SLS

Location: GSC BOG

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager – SLS (Sales Logistics Support) to lead and drive the performance of a team dedicated to support all our sales processes into the Americas region. This role is critical in ensuring the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of quotes, pricing, tenders, and direct sales generation, all aligned with customer expectations and strategic business goals.

The Team Manager will oversee a group of team leaders, specialists, and associates, ensuring full alignment with global standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and continuous improvement objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, and optimizing end-to-end processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and customer centric.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is deeply committed to operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for quotation and pricing activities across the region.

· Act as the main liaison between internal business partners, commercial teams, and the DHL network to support customer requirements and elevate the customer experience.

· Plan and manage the team’s daily operations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.

· Provide analytical and operational support to the Service Delivery Head, contributing to business development and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify service gaps, drive enhancements, and explore growth opportunities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, pricing, IT) to support service excellence and transition projects.

· Ensure adherence to global process standards and specific customer documentation requirements, while keeping the team aligned with current procedures.

· Analyze and optimize existing workflows to increase productivity, reduce turnaround times, and enhance service quality.

· Monitor team performance using dashboards and reports; track quotation volumes, accuracy, and lead times.

· Set and review individual performance targets (KPIs/IKOs), providing ongoing coaching and feedback to support team member growth.

· Foster a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement.

Skills / Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in administration, international business, finance or related fields.

· Min 5 Years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarder

· Min 3 Years of experience leading teams

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English (B2-C1) and Spanish

· Customer service and communication skills.

· Teamwork and autonomy

· Employees who have been in the organization for 12 months or in their current role

· Employees that are not in transition projects

· Annual performance bonus.

· Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
