JOB TITLE: SPECIALIST BUSINESS SUPPORT

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across systems (CW1 & S21) for SSA Spanish-speaking countries, enabling efficient operations, reliable reporting, and compliance. The role supports end-to-end business processes such as customer/vendor management, invoicing, shipments, and financial reporting.

KEY REPONSABILITIES

• Maintain and govern master data (customers, vendors, financial and organizational data) ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Create and update records in CW1 & S21, including debtor/creditor codes, related parties, and grouping structures
• Configure financial data such as credit terms, invoicing settings, currencies, controlling branch, and periodic invoicing
• Support operational processes (billing, shipments, reporting) through reliable master data
• Manage data requests within SLA and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure data standardization across SSA countries while handling local requirements
• Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of financial and operational processes (AR/AP, billing)
• Experience with ERP systems (CW1, S21, SAP or similar)
• Ability to manage high volumes under SLA
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
