Location: GSC BOG

Support the import operations by receiving tickets in the Opencomex system along with the necessary documentation to prepare import registrations, licenses, and client-specific requests for GE Healthcare. Monitor the generation of registrations and licenses, keeping the Customs Coordinator constantly informed of their status. Manage payment requests and application sign-offs in the VUCE system, and ensure proper linkage of registrations and licenses in the Opencomex document manager with their corresponding costs. Maintain oversight of all assigned processes and prepare monthly reports on key metrics, including the number of registrations completed, modifications submitted, and licenses or registrations denied, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accurate tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive tickets through the Opencomex system along with the necessary documents to initiate the preparation of import registrations.
• Prepare import registrations, import licenses, and client-specific requests for GE Healthcare.
• Monitor the generation process of import registrations and licenses, providing constant updates on the status to the Customs Coordinator.
• Request payments and sign applications in the VUCE system.
• Link import registrations and/or licenses in the Opencomex document manager, including their corresponding costs.
• Maintain control of assigned processes and prepare monthly metric reports (e.g., number of registrations processed, number of modifications submitted, number of licenses or registrations denied).

Skills / Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 year in Logistics or Customs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Good communication in English (verbal and written).
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Teamwork and autonomy
