Your day-to-day:

• Preparing diverse meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) for hotel colleagues
• Ensure quality standards in fresh vegetables, fish, and dairy and meat products.
• Maintain clean and sanitary environment with knowledge of proper handling, storage, etc.
• Prepare all foods following hotel standard recipes. Preparation of specials will be under the direction of the Chef.
• Practice safe work habits always to avoid possible injury to self or other employees.
• Be able to support any position in the Kitchen that needs help.

What we need from you:

• A la carte and buffet, staff cafeteria experience is essential, demonstrating proficiency in preparing and presenting diverse cuisines to the highest standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and practices is advantageous.
• Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in the same position is advantageous
