Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut Nurse Practitioner license
• BLS
• Active DEA
• Minimum 1 year prior experience
• Must be able to provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management services within a correctional healthcare setting.
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
• Corrections experience preferred

Corrections, NP Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:

• $4000 - $4270 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• 0800 - 1600 shift
• Duties will include but are not limited to medication administration, immunizations, admissions, and emergency first aid
