Role Summary

The Brand & Creative Specialist is a hands-on visual designer responsible for developing on-brand creative assets that support Motorlease's marketing, sales, and client communication initiatives. This role brings Motorlease's brand to life through digital and print design, campaign materials, promotional assets, and social/web visuals. This position works closely with the Marketing Manager to fulfill creative requests from internal teams, assist with overflow projects, and ensure consistency across all Motorlease brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Asset Development

• Develop digital and print creative for campaigns, web pages, email headers, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Produce on-brand graphics, layouts, and templates that support Motorlease messaging and visual identity.
• Create visual assets for social and web content, ensuring alignment with channel specifications and brand guidelines.
• Design materials for marketing promotions, sales initiatives, events, and internal communications.

Brand Stewardship

• Ensure all creative aligns with Motorlease's brand standards, style guidelines, and visual system.
• Maintain brand consistency accross all internal and external collateral.
• Update and refine templates, design elements, and visual asset libraries as needed.

Digital & Social Support

• Design graphics and visual content for digital platforms and convert written content into compelling visuals that enhance engagement and shareability.

Print & Promotional Creative

• Develop print-ready files for flyers, brochures, one-pagers, posters, & promotional materials, and work with vendors/printers to ensure accurate production and quality.

Collaboration & Internal Support

• Partner closely with the Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and long-form content to life, provide creative overflow support, and manage internal requests from other teams.

Processes, Organization & Administration

• Maintain organized folders, design files, brand assets, & version control, and assist with administrative tasks such as routing creative for approvals, updating asset libraries, and file distribution.

Other Responsibilities

• Complete ad hoc creative assignments from the Marketing Manager and perform additional duties assigned to support the Motorlease mission.
• Provide general marketing support as needed.

What You'll Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, digital creative, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or comparable design tools
• Ability to develop clean, on-brand creative across print and digital channels
• Knowledge of digital design best practices
• Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback
• Ability to manage multiple requests, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
• Experience with simple video editing and video editing tools
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field preferred
