Role SummaryAs Head of Retail Strategy & Insights, you will guide the transformation of cross-functional insights into compelling, customer-facing narratives that strengthen strategic retail partnerships. You'll collaborate with Brand, Consumer Insights, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Performance teams to synthesize data, trends, and brand direction into persuasive presentations tailored for key retail customers. This role is critical in elevating storytelling standards and driving retailer engagement that fuels business growth.
Salary Range: $181, 500-$205, 000
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Brand, Consumer Insights, Trade Marketing, RGM, and Performance teams to align insights that influence customer strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure unified messaging and strategic direction.
- Translate market trends, shopper behavior, pricing architecture, and category performance into cohesive retail narratives.
- Develop standardized storytelling frameworks and templates for customer-facing presentations.
- Support Sales and Customer Teams with tailored presentations for line reviews, joint business planning, and buyer meetings.
- Customize narratives for retailer-specific strategies and shopper dynamics.
- Identify gaps in insight integration and lead process improvements.

Who We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in brand marketing, consumer insights, trade marketing, or category management.
- Proven ability to craft persuasive, insight-driven stories and executive-level presentations.
- Strong understanding of retail landscape, shopper behavior, category dynamics, and revenue growth levers.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Tableau, Nielsen/IRI platforms.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
