Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Senior HR Coordinator Location: Danbury, CT Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Sr. HR Coordinator to join our team located in Danbury, CT. Sr. HR Coordinator The Senior HR Coordinator is responsible for performing human resource administrative work supporting the day-to-day human resource operations and providing analysis of various human resource initiatives. The Senior HR Coordinator works closely with senior HR management and serves as a liaison between Corporate Human Resources. Responsibilities - Prepares reports from HRIS for internal management and clients or to external agencies as necessary - Fields questions, resolves challenges and provides assistance to HR team, managers and employees - Manages and administers company-wide award and recognition programs - Coordinates and handles all responses and inquiries for unemployment claims - Regularly engaged in special projects supporting HR team and corporate wide HR initiatives - Technical expert for training platforms utilized by HR team - Oversees union contract database and information, updating frequently and working with senior HR managers to interpret language as necessary - Liaises with Corporate HR resources and various supporting departments - Assists in the development and maintenance of affirmative action programs and reporting requirements - Conducts analysis and performs independent review, interpretations, conclusions and recommendations to support more senior HR professionals - Collects data and information from senior HR managers, collaborating responses for various reports - Responsible for communicating required tasks and progress to employees and managers for annual HR cycles (compliance, certifications, benefit enrollment, etc.) - Maintains and makes updates to shared drive for HR team - Assists with administrative integration efforts related to the data collection and onboarding of all acquisition employees - Provides back-up support to HR Coordinator maintaining HRIS data through processing of new hires, terminations and inputting of all employee changes, requiring accurate and secure input - Other duties as assigned - Bachelor's Degree in HR or business-related field is required - 1-3 years of relevant experience is required - Technically proficient with MS Office suite - Possesses the ability to quickly learn internal HRIS systems (Kronos, GEMS, UltiPro, Taleo and Cognos) - Willingness to build strong relationships with HR team, corporate HR and senior stakeholders - Ability to demonstrate experience working in a fast moving, deadline driven environment - Detail orientated, flexible, analytical, organized and a self starter - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to work under tight deadlines Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2024 sales of $33 billion.
