Position Summary: Our jobs arent just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique with food and drinks on the side. Our Servers take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Servers makes transactions feel like part of the experience. Core Competencies Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.Efficiently serve food and beverages, maintaining proper presentation and temperature.Process payments accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly.Manage table assignments and rotations effectively to maximize seating and turnover.Proactively suggest additional items to guests (upselling) to increase sales and guest satisfaction.Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to provide seamless service.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.Possess a strong understanding of our menu, including ingredients and preparation methods (food knowledge).
