Export-Controlled Data: This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon and applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such itemsWe are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support maintenance operations by coordinating schedules, managing work orders, tracking parts and repairs, and maintaining accurate records within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update work orders in the CMMS.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • Create purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Track parts orders and assist with spare parts inventory management.
  • Coordinate maintenance projects and repair schedules.
  • Arrange shipment and return of motors and equipment sent out for repair.
  • Scan and maintain maintenance manuals and records in the CMMS.
  • Document maintenance activities and equipment history.
  • Record keeping.
