Howmet Aerospace is hiring a CNC MACHINIST in Winsted, CT. This is a full-time position.

What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Experience with CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi-axis equipment.
- Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills.
- A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and desire to learn.
- Aerospace experience preferred but not required for strong machinists.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team first mindset.

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment.
- Machine high-precision aerospace components to demanding tolerances.
- Read blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, and make tooling/offset adjustments.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to improve processes.
- Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and teamwork.
