Overview

The Sr. HRIS Analyst is directly responsible for the design, development and support of Workday Integrations and Reporting. This position will collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, IT and Finance to deliver scalable solutions, ensure data accuracy and support ongoing Workday enhancements.

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Integrations
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations using tools such as EIBs, Core/Cloud Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and Workday Studio.
  • Enhance existing integrations to reflect evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with IT and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Act as subject matter expert for integration architecture and support business-driven enhancements.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
  • Configure Discovery Boards and Worksheets to deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
  • Audit and validate HR data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.

System Support & Projects
  • Provide post-production support across Workday HCM modules.
  • Support testing and configuration efforts for system upgrades and new functionality.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new acquisitions-including data migration, system setup, and testing.
  • Respond to and resolve tickets in the HRIS queue efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
  • Hospitality industry experience a strong plus


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio is required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Solid understanding of core HR business processes and interdependencies with Payroll, IT, and Finance
  • Prior experience with Workday acquisitions, data loads, and configuration a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to company properties
