Responsible for coordinating and enabling product engineering activities across the Medical Device portfolio within CooperSurgical. This role ensures structured intake, prioritization, and execution of engineering workstreams, supporting both sustaining engineering and new product initiatives.

Serves as a central coordination point across Product Engineering, R& D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Program Management to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely delivery of engineering changes and initiatives.
