Reporting to the Global Vice President, Human Resources, with a dotted line to the Executive Vice President (EVP) Science & Innovation, the Director, Human Resources will provide senior Human Resources leadership to the Life Sciences Operations and Innovation, the Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Research & Development (R& D) organizations and their leadership teams at CooperSurgical. Functions as a member of Global Science & Innovation leadership team and partners with the business leaders to continue to build an effective leadership team and overall organization to support the current and future needs of the business. Serve as a member of the CooperSurgical HR Leadership team and contribute to the HR Strategy in support of Talent Management & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Culture and Employee Engagement. Be a true senior level partner to provide efficient HR support to an inclusive, diverse, and multicultural global workforce. Support the Global VP, HR and the HR Leadership Team in the development and establishment of both HR practices and frameworks, and work with senior HR colleagues who represent important core HR functions (HRBPs, TABPs, HR Strategy & Operations, CSI HR Shared Support Services and Global Center of Expertise members). Directly manage the HR Business Partner team supporting the life sciences, QA & RA organizations. This position also serves as a contributing member to the OneCooper Human Resources Leadership Team. This position can be based in Trumbull, CT or Livingston, NJ.
