What you’ll do…

• Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal COCC resources
• Support client requests, product changes, and implementation activities
• Manage and resolve day-to-day support cases
• Conduct client meetings and manage follow-up activities
• Gather information, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions for routine client concerns
• Provide regular status updates and communicate progress to clients
• Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously
• Perform testing to validate product functionality prior to implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met
• Support successful product deployments and client onboarding activities
