Key Responsibilities: Program Management (Primary Focus)
- Lead the overall capacity expansion program from planning through execution, ensuring alignment across facilities expansion, capital equipment procurement, process scale-up, and workforce ramp.
- Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule (IMS) and ensure clear definition of milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Drive program execution across multiple functions by coordinating engineering, operations, facilities, supply chain, finance, and external partners.
- Establish program governance including budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements while ensuring adherence to program objectives.
- Drive program issue resolution and risk mitigation, addressing unforeseen challenges and ensuring program delivery against cost, schedule, and performance targets.
Additional Responsibilities: Operations Leadership
- Provide leadership and direction to the Operations group through managers and supervisors to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production meeting our customer demand.
- Partner with Operations leadership to ensure business financial goals for our site are met.
- Help align operational priorities with the future capacity ramp and program milestones to ensure effective achievement of operational objectives.
- Support development and coaching of operations team members while reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
- M.S. degree in Engineering field
- Typically requires 7+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex programs or capital expansion initiatives in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience working across multiple functional areas such as operations, engineering, supply chain, or facilities.
