The
Underwriting Intern Chubb Tempest Re is seeking a summer intern for 6-8 weeks- from the middle of June through the end of July. Chubb Tempest Re is the reinsurance group within Chubb Limited. We sell assumed treaty reinsurance to U.S. based property and casualty insurers. This is a paid, in office internship, based in Stamford CT. The internship will report to underwriting, but the work may include exposure to the claims and actuarial teams as well. An intern will need to be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and be willing to work self sufficiently as well as within a team. Candidates should have a genuine interest in exploring the (re) insurance business for a career post-graduation.
