Description Vitalant is seeking a full-time in-office
Senior Administrative Assistant to support assigned business units by performing advanced clerical and administrative duties. This role provides high-level administrative support, coordinates schedules and meetings, prepares reports, and assists with departmental projects to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced administrative support including preparing reports, statistical spreadsheets, and assisting with non-routine projects.
- Maintain leadership calendars including meetings, projects, and priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare and track expense reconciliations.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and activities including scheduling, room setup, audio-visual equipment, and expense management.
- Collaborate with other administrative support team members to achieve project goals and provide backup support as needed.
- Draft routine and confidential correspondence and communications.
- Maintain records and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Perform data entry and retrieve information using various software applications.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and internal correspondence.
- Maintain department supplies including office materials and forms.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Minimum of five years of related administrative experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Thorough working knowledge of standard office procedures and office equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain organized office filing systems
