We areseekinga highly motivated individual for the position ofUnpaid Athlete Services Intern reporting to Athlete Services Coordinator based in our Louisville, Colorado office. The Opportunity: This unpaid internship is designed to provide a structured, learning-focused experience for a student interested in athlete services, event operations, warehouse logistics, customer service, and sports business. Under the guidance of the Athlete Services Coordinator, the Athlete Services/Operations Intern will observe, learn, and assist with warehouse responsibilities at our Louisville, Colorado warehouse location, as well as support the Athlete Services team with event-specific inboxes and customer service correspondence. We are seeking a student pursuing a Bachelors degree who is comfortable in a warehouse setting, able to assist with customer service communications, and interested in gaining practical exposure to the operational work that supports athlete experiences. The internship is intended to complement the interns academic program and provide meaningful educational benefit; it is not intended to replace the work of paid employees. Key Responsibilities: Participate in supervised learning activities related to athlete services, warehouse operations, event support, and customer service workflows.Assist with warehouse-based responsibilities at the Louisville, Colorado location, including organizing materials, preparing shipments, supporting inventory-related tasks, and learning fulfillment processes under supervision.Support the Athlete Services team with event-specific inboxes, including learning how inquiries are reviewed, categorized, routed, and responded to in a professional and timely manner.Assist with drafting customer service correspondence for review, helping ensure responses are clear, accurate, athlete-focused, and aligned with team guidance.Gain exposure to Athlete Services systems and processes, including customer service tools, ticket workflows, documentation practices, and escalation procedures.Attend regular check-ins with the Athlete Services Coordinator to discuss learning objectives, warehouse and inbox support activities, progress, observations, and areas for development. Internship Structure: This is an unpaid internship intended for educational and professional development purposes.The internship should be tied to the interns academic program, coursework, or pursuit of academic credit where applicable.The schedule will be limited and flexible to accommodate academic commitments.The intern will not displace regular employees and will work under close supervision.Participation in the internship does not create an entitlement to employment at the conclusion of the internship. Qualifications & Experience: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Event Management, Sport Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.Ability to be onsite at the Louisville, Colorado office approximately once per week, subject to the agreed internship schedule. Skills and Knowledge: Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and develop practical skills in event operations and premium guest experience.Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support team priorities in a professional manner.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred.Comfort learning in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately and professionally.Curiosity, initiative, and openness to feedback.Ability to manage time, prioritize learning assignments, and balance multiple tasks.Interest in problem solving, process improvement, and understanding how operational decisions support the athlete and VIP experience.Clear written and verbal communication skills. Physical & Equipment Requirements: Ability to move, position, transport, and install materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Perform manual handling tasks, including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching, associated with event setup, breakdown, and onsite operations.Ability to operate or assist with basic event equipment and tools as required for the role.
