What to expect:

Collect MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames. Compare data entered against the original MDS document; make corrections as needed. File the MDS documents in residents' charts. Maintain confidentiality of all patient care information.

Successful candidates:

• Current LPN or RN License in good standing in CO.
• Experience as a MDS Coordinator in skilled nursing facility utilizing MDS 3.0

Rate Range $35-$40
