Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is working with a Correctional Facility in Canon City, Colorado to hire a Nurse Practitioner. Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state Colorado
• BLS
• Active DEA
• Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible
• Corrections experience preferred but not required

Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:

• $75- $85 an hour
• 13- week contract with possibility of extension
• Monday to Thursday/4-10 hour shifts
• Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
• Will be responsible for Primary Care duties with inmates
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.
