Central Supply/Receptionist

Sierra Post Acute is hiring an experienced Central Supply/Receptionist!

Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday

At Sierra Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
What to Expect:
The Central Supply manages supplies and inventory of the building. Also will be in charge of the reception area; greeting guests and answering phones

Managing the ordering and stocking of central supply items (briefs, over the counter meds, gloves, gowns, etc.)
Managing inventory
Stocking the facility and organizing the inventory
Communicating and managing the overuse of items
Identifying new products and systems that would benefit the nursing staff and facility
Helping in other departments as needed
Maintaining a budget
Maintains good relationships with outside vendors
Basic understanding of contracts and ordering software
Greeting guests
Answering phones

Successful Candidates:

Must have experience working in a post acute or skilled nursing facility - CNA license preferred
Must possess, at a minimum, a high school education or GED, current CPR.
Must be vaccinated with ability to show proof in accordance with our state regulation, including COVID vaccine or valid exemption
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language, be able to move intermittently throughout the work day, and have patience, tact and a cheerful disposition. We encourage teamwork and a positive work environment!

Pay: $18-$20 per hour
