Q3 Contracting is looking for a Receptionist at our new Dove Valley, CO office.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage front desk activities, other duties and projects as assigned Greet Visitors
• Answer phone in a timely and friendly manner and transfer as needed
• Maintain various Excel tracking sheets
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Properly scan and document paperwork
• Order and inventory office supplies on a weekly basis
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prompt and courteous customer service skills both on telephone and in person.
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient.
• Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations.
• Ability to maintain and protect confidential information.
• Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external).
• Bilingual Spanish skills desired, but not required.

Education and/ or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year’s clerical/administrative experience
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Effective organizational skills.
