Your "Day-to-Day"- Lead day-to-day Quality Engineering activities ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems comply with PMI standards.
- Coordinate validation, change management, and risk assessment activities across operations.
- Guide engineers and project teams in qualification and validation activities.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing specifications and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement actions that enhance process capability and quality performance.
- Investigate deviations and material-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Support DIM-related trials and collaborate with central teams on material improvements.
- Develop, coach, and mentor the Quality Engineering team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure validation and quality documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a strong Quality Engineering leader with deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex validation and change management processes.
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent through demonstrated experience.
- 5+ years in Quality Engineering within tobacco, food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
- Expertise in product/process qualification and analytical evaluation.
- Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Project Management and Change Management capability.
- Excellent understanding of ISO, GMP, GCP, ICH, GLP, and related standards.
- Experience with FDA inspections is considered an asset.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Required)
Annual Base Salary Range: $79, 200. - $99, 000
