Job Description
Philip Morris International U.S. is hiring a Material Coordinator in Aurora, CO. This is a full-time position.
Material Coordinator
Join our Aurora, CO manufacturing team as a Material Coordinator, responsible for inventory accuracy, material control, batch record compliance, and supporting production operations. This role ensures materials are properly received, consumed, tracked, and dispositioned to maintain efficient production and quality standards.
Schedule: Rotating 24/7 shift pattern (alternating weekly between days and nights): 4 days on/3 off, then 3 nights on/4 off.
Key Responsibilities
Review production batch records for accuracy and compliance.
Manage nonconforming, rejected, and return materials.
Execute material transactions and status changes in company systems.
Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts and gap analysis.
Ensure adherence to standards for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Investigate material discrepancies and support corrective actions.
Partner with Production and Quality teams to meet QMS requirements.
Qualifications
3-5 years of manufacturing and/or logistics experience.
WMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work rotating day/night shifts.
Must be able to commute to the Aurora/DIA area.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Pay: $28.00/hour
