Summary of Role: Focused on Fiscal Management, Program Execution, and Systems Optimization
A results-driven operator with expertise in driving operational efficiency, optimizing food service systems, and managing multi-site dining programs. Proven record of accomplishment in fiscal oversight, cost control, and budget alignment across senior living or hospitality settings. Skilled in leading projects from concept to completion, implementing scalable systems and technologies, and supporting culinary teams to enhance performance, compliance & resident satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: - Provide regional oversight via site evaluations, training, developing policy and procedures and providing overall support to Executive Chefs located at the community site.
- Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing support of Executive Chefs.
- Collaborate with the VP of Culinary Services and other company leaders for continuous improvement of the dining experience at MorningStar communities.
Job Qualifications: - Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
- Dietitian, ADA, Diet Technician, chef, and/or dietary manager meeting current requirements established by the state regulatory agency.
- Graduation from a course in food service supervision which meets the standards established by the American Dietetic Association or a graduate of another course in food service supervision with applicable hours in classroom instruction.
- 4 years as a Regional Director, or similar experience with demonstrated leadership competence in all areas of dining operations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
