Activities Assistant Full-time Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 Non-exempt Schedule:
Sunday - Tuesday 9: 00AM - 5: 30PM

JOB SUMMARY Assist in developing the resident activity programs of the community. Conduct activities in accordance with direction from the Life Enrichment Coordinator. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Core Responsibilities Candidates must be able to confidently perform the following essential functions:
- Lead Physical Fitness Programming
- Must be comfortable planning and independently leading group fitness classes for older adults, including modifying exercises for varying mobility and ability levels.
- Drive Residents Safely for Outings
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be willing/able to transport residents using company vehicles for appointments, outings, and community excursions.
- Plan & Execute Engaging Activities
- Must be able to independently plan, organize, and facilitate a wide range of activities that meet the needs of residents across all levels of care (Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care).
- Adaptability Across Care Levels
- Must demonstrate the ability to modify programs and engagement approaches to support residents with diverse cognitive, physical, and emotional needs.
- Use of Technology for Programming & Communication
- Must be comfortable using technology platforms to support programming, including activity scheduling systems (e.g., LifeLoop), digital calendars, communication tools, and basic audiovisual equipment for programs and presentations.
- Event Execution & Follow-Through
- Must successfully carry out programs from start to finish, including setup, technology use as needed, resident engagement, and post-event cleanup.
*Team members who are scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits, families of said team members will also be eligible.
