Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each
scheduled day.
2. Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate.
3. Receive and verify cash/check drops from all revenue centers daily.
4. Prepare and deposit all funds received daily via electronic deposit and/or daily bank runs.
5. Assist with reconciling daily deposits to EMR daily postings.
6. Reconcile deposit logs to the bank daily.
7. Scan all deposit backup to necessary locations based on deposit type/entity.
8. Record all deposit activity daily to the appropriate deposit log.
9. Monitor account balances and transfers funds as directed by Accounting Manager.
10.Process transfer requests timely.
11.Perform change requests timely as needed.
12.Provide backup to Accounts Payable team, helping with AP duties.
13.Other job related duties as assigned.
GENERAL DUTIES:
1. General Office Equipment: computer, telephone, keyboard, scanner, mouse, etc.
2. Use of Excel, EMR system, and Banking software/website.
