Pay: From $58, 000/yr

Schedule: Full-time

Work Location: In Person

Duties:

• Manage and supervise the dietary department staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Develop and implement care plans based on patient assessments and health coaching
• Utilize budgeting skills to maintain cost-effective operations while meeting nutritional requirements
• Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal nutrition for residents
• Work with the registered dietitian to ensure resident's dietary needs are met

Experience:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within a dietary department is preferred
• Familiarity with long-term care environments and patient care practices
• Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
• Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
• Previous experience in state survey audits preferred but not required

Experience in HEALTHCARE FOOD SERVICE management is preferred.
