Job Description

IntelliSource is looking for someone who can assist our partners End User Computing Mobile Device Management and Modern Endpoint Management systems. You will be providing significant contributions to the Windows and Mac OS desktop platforms, including patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting and platform migrations (Windows 11).

Schedule: M-F 8 hours days, flexibility needed. Hybrid



Responsibilities:

• Inherit and enhance our partners current MDM platforms (InTune, Jamf)
• Validate and refine planning for the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and assure a smooth transition across various devices
• Collaborate and build mutual respect across the VDI team
• Learn, master and refine physical device patching and version control while maintaining the highest standards and efficiency
• Envision future direction and platform options for all use cases
• Test all new physical device OS/app deployments, assuring compatibility and striving to beat pre-defined performance standards
• Assure and enhance ongoing maintenance practices, tools, and performance metrics
• Assure all adjacent EUC engineers and admins understand and have pride of ownership in the future state systems and processes
• Assure all changes and processes are documented accurately for future reference

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of EUC technologies and product knowledge
• Evaluation, design and successful implementation of enterprise MDM/MEM systems and other relevant EUC systems
• Collaboration and cross training with existing staff in the new technology and processes
• Business Continuity Management and disaster recovery in relation to EUC
• Use and understanding of agile and/or traditional project management processes
• Demonstrates proven range Business and Culture
• Builds relationships and communicates effectively with stakeholders and teammates
• Leads, inspires, and builds trust with team members through collaboration, ideation and development
• Demonstrates intelligence through Creative problem solving and innovation
• Strong communicator, open to feedback and constructive criticism
