About You We're looking for someone who:
- 5-year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited University program and pursuing licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating strong concept design skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated competency using Revit and AutoCAD is required.
- Foundational knowledge using Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and/or other 3D rendering software programs is a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with various personalities and communication styles, and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

About the Role This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to projects that advance patient safety, operational efficiency, sustainability, and the human experience.
As a
Project Coordinator, you will:
- Refine your skills and develop expertise while collaborating with practicing registered architects to deliver impactful architectural projects.
- Fulfill and document required NCARB Architectural Experience Program® (AXP®) credit hours while actively preparing to advance toward architectural registration exams.
- Collaborate with team members across all design phases, from programming and concept development through the detailed completion of construction documents.
- Take an active role in Construction Administration, including conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors, and addressing on-site issues.
- Drive quality control initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction.

Base Salary Range: $60, 000 - $80, 000, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. The disclosed range estimate, unadjusted for location-based differences, may vary where the position is filled.
