Job Description
Goodwill of Colorado is hiring a MIG Aluminum Welders in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a part-time position.

Pay Range DOE: $22.00-$25.00/hour
Work Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7: 30 AM. – 4: 00 PM and 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4: 00 PM. – 12: 30 AM (This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement.)

JOB SUMMARY:
The MIG Aluminum Welder is responsible for assembling and welding aluminum components. The MIG Aluminum Welder operates welding equipment, assembles, welds, and inspects welds for safety and product protocols.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Layout, position, and weld aluminum components using MIG welding.
Assemble parts by bolting, riveting, or welding.
Inspect and repair welded components as needed.
Ensure work meets quality standards and safety protocols.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
- A Technical certification or vocational training is a strong plus.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in aluminum MIG welding.
Other:
- Ability to pass a hands-on weld test.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate measurement skills.
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions with varying temperatures*.
