Job Description
Pay: $110, 000 - $130, 000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; some evenings/weekends
Full-Time position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. In addition, these positions are eligible for paid time off in the form of vacation, sick, holiday, floating holiday, jury duty, and bereavement leave. JOB SUMMARY:
The Director II, Facilities and Construction Management is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of all company-owned and leased physical assets, including retail stores, distribution centers, administrative offices, and mission service facilities. This role ensures that all locations are designed, built, and maintained to support the organization’s business objectives and mission-driven programs, balancing cost, compliance, and functionality.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s ability to scale, ensuring physical infrastructure is safe, sustainable, cost-effective, and aligned with both operational needs and community impact goals.
