We are seeking Interns to join our team at our plant located in Pueblo, Colorado for the Summer of 2025. These individuals will learn how to operate in a mill setting and interact with plant personnel, as well as external suppliers and contractors. Interns will be placed in our Operational and/or our Maintenance departments.

• Must passionately follow health and safety practices
• Maintain, analyze, and draft reports related to data and performance
• Interact with all levels of personnel and communicate professionally in written and verbal form
• Maintain good attendance and perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Water Engineering
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Suite and Power BI
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Ability to organize and motivate teams for safe, high-quality results and maximum productivity, preferred
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment, which will include inside and outside environmental conditions

Term

• May-August 2025, following the commencement of the Spring Semester

Compensation

• Undergraduate experience $22.55 - $24.72 per hour
• Graduate experience $25.41 - $26.17 per hour
