We are seeking Interns to join our team at our plant located in Pueblo, Colorado for the Summer of 2026. These individuals will learn how to operate in a mill setting and interact with plant personnel, as well as external suppliers and contractors. Interns will be placed in our Operational and/or our Maintenance departments.

• Must passionately follow health and safety practices

• Maintain, analyze, and draft reports related to data and performance

• Interact with all levels of personnel and communicate professionally in written and verbal form

• Maintain good attendance and perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Hydrology

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Computer literate in Microsoft Suite and Power BI

• Experience in manufacturing preferred

• Ability to organize and motivate teams for safe, high-quality results and maximum productivity, preferred

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment, which will include inside and outside environmental conditions

Term

• May-August 2026, following the commencement of the Spring Semester

• This position is located in Pueblo, Colorado. You will be expected to be onsite for the duration of the internship

Compensation

• Based on academic experience $25 - $29 per hour
