WhatYou'llBring

Required

• Bachelor'sdegreeinCivilEngineering, ChemicalEngineering, MechanicalEngineering, orElectricalEngineering, orequivalentexperience.
• 4+ yearsofexperienceintechnicalconsulting, engineering, oroperationalexperienceduringyourcareerwithintheenergyand/orinfrastructuresectors.
• Strongtechnicalskillsandtheabilitytoidentifyrisksandopportunitieswithintechnicaldocumentation, sitevisits, andtechnicaldiscussionsrelatingtoassetintegrity, operationalperformance, managementsystems, andbusinessplans.
• Demonstrated organizationalskills, self-motivation, self-sufficiency, andtheabilitytoworksuccessfullyinafast-turnaroundteamenvironment.
• Ability topromoteandexecutequalityworkwhileensuringhighstandardsareachievedbybothindividualandteamperformance.
• Advancedreportwritingandpresentationskills.
• Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability tooperatea company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage andsuccessfullydelivermediumtolarge, complexand/ormultidisciplinaryprojectsand/orspecificdeliverablesorphasesofworkonlarger, morecomplexorhighercomplexityprograms.
• As aseniorseller/doer, contributetothebusinessdevelopmentofERM'sglobalTransactionServicestechnicalcommunity.
• Identifyanddevelopnewopportunities, prepareeffectivetechnicalproposals, andtakeanactiveleadershiproleinthedevelopmentofnewbusiness, incooperationwithERMPartners.
• Developandexpandclientrelationshipsthatgeneraterepeatbusiness.
• Executeprojectsthatprovideclientswithatechnical, operational, andbusinessplanevaluationoftheirproposedinvestmentininfrastructureassets.
• CapitalizeonexistingclientrelationshipstoexpandERM'sprofileandmarketshareintheregionalTransactionServicestechnicalmarketthroughacombinationoftechnicalexcellenceandbusinessdevelopment.
• WorkeffectivelyacrosstechnicalcommunitieswithinERMandwithsubcontractorsidentifiedasSubjectMatterExperts(SMEs)tosupportprojectdeliveryandclientinteraction.
• CompleteinternaldevelopmenttaskstoimprovethefunctionalityoftheTechnicalDueDiligenceteam.
• Communicateeffectivelywithclients, ERMemployees, andvendors.
• Lead, manageperformance, hireandretain, inspire, andmentorpersonnelfortheoverallsuccessoftechnicalteams.
• Understand theinterrelationshipsbetweenERMpracticesandpoliciesandhowtheseareappliedwithinbusinessmodels.
• Collaborateacrossregionsandglobalpracticecommunities.
• Establishstrongworkingrelationshipswithclientsthroughprojectdeliveryandface-to-facemeetings.deliveryandface-to-facemeetings.
