Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Commodity Manager to join our Boulder CO sourcing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and support our company’s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic supply chain, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers. If you are an initiative-taking problem-solver with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes, this is role is for you. This role is four days in office and one day from home.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $116, 805-$138, 042 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
