Title: Director of Revenue and Budgeting
Starting Salary Range: The starting salary range for this position will be in the $92, 100-$94, 863 range, depending on experience, education, and skills relevant to the position. Please note that the indicated starting salary range describes the range for an incumbent in this position. Most new staff generally start at the beginning of the range percentile to ensure internal salary equity.
Location: Fully Remote Eligible within the US. Preference given to those who are near a Conservation Legacy Office.
Status: Full-Time, Regular, Exempt

Position Summary:
The Revenue Management Director oversees the compliance and administration of the grants/agreements, budget, and revenue related processes for Conservation Legacy’s programs
This position has a tactical focus, supporting and driving the completion of critical shared projects and workflows while providing support to shared and program staff. This position also oversees and supports workflows and processes that gather vital information to inform decision making, prioritization, and strategic guidance from Senior Leadership.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and/or business/nonprofit management plus six years of experience in business administration & finance management, OR eight years of directly related professional experience.
Five or more years of experience with federal grants and agreement management.
Five or more years organizational budget development, management, and analysis experience.
Five or more years compliance management experience.
Five or more years of full-time employee supervisory experience.
Advanced or expert level MS Excel Proficiency.
Five or more years of experience using financial management software.
Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs and applications, or similar platforms.
Proficient in an array of business systems and software, databases, other technology.
Ability to communicate effectively staff at all levels in an organization, including with executive leadership, and to understand and address administrative needs as they arise.
Ability to keep others and oneself, in remote locations, accountable to expectations.
Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record per Personnel Policies.
Must be able to pass the organization’s criminal history check requirements.
Ability to successfully work in a fluid, changing work environment.
