Title: Development Operations Coordinator
Starting Salary Range: The starting salary for this position will be in the $25.58 to $26.34 per hour range, depending on experience, education, and skills relevant to the position. Please note that the indicated starting salary range describes the range for an incumbent in this position. Most new staff generally start at the beginning of the range percentile to ensure internal salary equity.
Location: Fully remote eligible within the contiguous United States only. Organizational travel required
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Program Summary:
Launched approximately two years ago, Conservation Legacy’s Philanthropy Program was created to build a strong, organization-wide culture of philanthropy while increasing non-government funding to support CL’s programs. The program focuses on aligning donor engagement, stewardship, and fundraising systems with mission impact, strengthening long-term sustainability and flexibility beyond public funding. As a growing program, it continues to develop the relationships, infrastructure, and internal collaboration needed to support innovation and advance Conservation Legacy’s work.
Position Summary:
The Development Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Philanthropy & Partnerships team, providing essential coordination, data management, and operational support to advance Conservation Legacy’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This role ensures accurate donor records, timely stewardship, effective reporting, and smooth coordination across campaigns, committees, and leadership.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by mission-driven work that supports conservation, workforce development, and community impact.
