Job Description
Claremont Foods is hiring a Sanitation Technician- 1st Shift 6AM-6PM in Westminster, CO. This is a full-time position.
Position Summary: Coordinates with production employees daily to ensure Sanitation protocols, MSS and HACCP systems are followed, executed and documented. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the Sanitation Supervisor in leading and directing the activities of the Sanitation Technicians.Completes a nightly cleaning check to ensure all areas and equipment are ready to meet pre-operations goals established by QA Manager.Remains current on new equipment and sanitation techniques to enhance the overall quality and cleanliness of Claremont Foods facilities.Responsible for knowledge and adherence to Safe Quality Food safety Level 2 compliance standards; as trained upon annually.Informs Facility Maintenance Manager of all repair, preventive maintenance, and upkeep issues on all operational equipment through continuous daily inspections.Performs other related duties as assigned.
